TEMPLETON, MASSACHUSETTSTWO GOOD FRIENDS. ONE VERY GOOD TRUCK.

FROM THE FIRST PHOTO TO THE LAST LOOK

A simple plan for a big relief.

You should know what is leaving, what it costs and what happens next before anyone starts lifting. Here is the job-planning process.

1. Build the picture.

Start with your town, the items and where they are. Take a wide photo of the entire pile, then closer photos of special items and the access route. Tell us about stairs, parking, deadlines and anything particularly heavy. Avoid including private documents in photos.

  • Whole pile or room views.
  • Individual special-handling items.
  • Doorways, stairs and loading access.
  • A clear keep list or keep zone.

2. Review the job together.

The crew checks whether the material and access fit, what receiving route is appropriate and whether a walkthrough is needed. A full property, dense debris or unclear photos may need more information before a firm quote.

3. Agree on scope and price.

Before loading, agree on the listed items, labor, any disassembly, destination-related fees, timing and final price for that scope. If something changes, discuss it before proceeding. A request is not a reserved date until the crew confirms availability.

4. Prepare the space.

Separate keeps and valuables, make the agreed route accessible and secure pets. Do not disconnect gas, cut refrigerant lines or move an unsafe load to prepare. Raise any access or material issue that has changed since the quote.

5. Finish with a walkthrough.

Check the agreed areas, confirm what has been removed and discuss any item that remains outside the scope. A job should end with clarity. Filming and publication require separate permission; they are not a condition of service.

Fair questions.

Can I get a quote from photos?

Photos can start the assessment. The crew may need dimensions, more access details or a walkthrough before confirming the final scope and price.

Is submitting a request a booking?

No. A date and scope need crew confirmation. The website enquiry form sends a request to the crew. Wait for a received confirmation and reference number; the crew still needs to confirm scope and availability.

Do I have to help with lifting?

Do not assume you need to lift. Describe the job as it sits so crew handling can be assessed and priced.

Will the job be filmed?

Only with separate permission. You may decline filming and still receive the agreed service.
