When you submit our website enquiry form or hosted estimate form, your name, phone, email and job details go to Basura Bros. through HighLevel / LeadConnector, our customer relationship and form provider. We use these details to review your request, contact you about it, prepare an estimate and manage the work. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Do not send payment-card data, identity documents or other sensitive information in a job description.
Unsent website drafts.
Any website form explicitly labeled as an unsent draft stores information only in your browser. It does not send a request or subscribe you. Existing local drafts and newsletter drafts remain on that device until you delete the website data. The website enquiry form sends your details through our server to HighLevel. A received confirmation appears only after the request and callback task are stored. A form explicitly labeled as an unsent draft does not send anything.
Optional text messages.
Service-related and marketing text permissions are separate and optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We record the consent supplied with your form submission. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Text messaging will not begin before registration and the messaging system are ready. Mobile information and text-message opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only to deliver and support our communications.
Providers and website activity.
Vercel hosts the website. HighLevel / LeadConnector hosts the estimate form and stores submitted customer records. These services receive technical information needed to operate, secure and deliver their services. Website motion preferences, campaign codes and limited activity records may be stored in your browser. An unsent draft or local page-view record is not an advertising conversion.
Cookies and tracking technologies.
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Our website uses browser local storage for unsent quote and newsletter drafts, motion preferences, campaign source codes and a limited local record of page views and button interactions. These local activity records do not contain the contact details or job description from a draft. We use Google Analytics 4 on our customer domain to understand page visits and clicks on the public phone number. Analytics may use cookies and receive technical information about your browser and device. Our configured events exclude contact fields, job descriptions, photos, query strings and full referrer URLs. A phone-button click is contact intent, not evidence of a connected call or received enquiry. When the live enquiry form confirms delivery, we count a received enquiry without sending its contents or receipt number to Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals; you may also turn off this site’s Analytics below. Google privacy notice. Our hosting and hosted-form providers may use necessary cookies and similar technologies for security, fraud prevention and form operation. You can block or delete cookies and clear local storage through your browser settings; doing so may remove saved drafts or preferences and affect form functionality. Data security practices.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure. Our website and hosted enquiry form use HTTPS to encrypt information in transit. Submitted enquiries are held in HighLevel / LeadConnector behind authenticated account access; access is limited to authorized people and service providers who need it to handle enquiries, deliver service or maintain the systems. Unsent website drafts remain in your browser and are not protected by a Basura Bros. account login, so avoid saving personal details on a shared device and clear local drafts when finished. Do not submit payment-card details, identity documents or other sensitive information through enquiry fields. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you suspect misuse of your information, contact us at 978-721-5745.
Retention and requests.
We retain submitted enquiries while needed to respond, manage a customer relationship, maintain business records or meet applicable obligations. We periodically review records that are no longer needed. To request access, correction or deletion, contact Basura Bros. at 978-721-5745. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records required for legitimate business or legal reasons. Clear browser site data to remove local drafts and preferences.
Photos and filming.
The live website enquiry form does not accept photo uploads. Photos selected in older local draft forms are local previews, not uploads. If the crew later requests job photographs, avoid private papers, faces, addresses and other unnecessary personal details. Filming for the channel requires a separate agreement. Saying no to filming does not change your service.

Fair questions.
Did saving a website draft send my request?
No. A form labeled as a draft stays on your device. A received confirmation from the website enquiry form or a successful hosted GHL form submission sends the enquiry to Basura Bros.
Do I have to agree to marketing texts?
No. Both text-message choices are optional and separate from requesting service.
Does hiring the crew mean I will appear in a video?
No. Filming and publication require separate permission.
