SAME NEIGHBORS. A DIFFERENT KIND OF PILE.
Let’s think a storm ahead.
Basura Bros. is developing a local winter service plan. The useful starting point is your property: what needs clearing, where the snow can go and what access you depend on.
Winter route planning. Equipment, coverage, scope and service terms must be confirmed before bookings open.
Three needs. Three clear scopes.
A driveway, a set of steps and an icy walkway are not the same task. Explore the details so your request describes the surfaces and outcomes that matter.
A winter agreement should answer the obvious questions.
Before choosing service, know what starts a visit and what the visit includes.
- Which driveway, walkway, steps or landing is included?
- How is snowfall measured, and what trigger starts service?
- What response window and storm priority are agreed?
- Are long-storm repeat passes or town-plow berm returns included?
- How are deeper snow, ice treatment and extra visits charged?
- Where can snow be stored, and what happens when that space fills?
The property comes before the package.
Photos should show surface type, slope, parking, gates, tight turns and snow-storage areas. Identify obstacles while they are visible. Equipment suitability and the actual route need to be reviewed before a service plan can be offered.
A close route makes the promise possible.
Winter service needs a tighter geographic plan than a one-off junk pickup. Templeton is the initial focus. Route capacity, winter-specific coverage and service terms must be confirmed before a contract, date or storm response is offered.
Clear space before winter.
If the garage, driveway edge or entry is blocked by unwanted items, that is a separate junk-removal conversation. Clearing a garage does not enroll you in snow service, but it can help you decide what space you want available.
Fair questions.
Can I book snow service today?
No snow contract or visit is being offered yet. You can prepare a property request while the winter route, equipment and terms are developed.
Are you promising 24-hour or emergency response?
No. A future plan must state its actual response window and limits. This page makes no emergency-service promise.
Will you service Maine or New Hampshire for snow?
No broad multi-state winter route is promised. The current planning focus is a close local route around Templeton.
Is ice treatment included with snow clearing?
Only if explicitly agreed. Materials, application areas and repeat visits are separate decisions.
