TEMPLETON, MASSACHUSETTSTWO GOOD FRIENDS. ONE VERY GOOD TRUCK.

COUCHES, TABLES & THE BIG STUFF

It served its time. We’ll help with the goodbye.

The sofa that won’t fit the new place. The dining set nobody uses. The dresser that has moved with you three times. Furniture removal starts with the item, the exit route and a clear price.

Call to discuss the job, or send an enquiry. The crew must confirm scope, coverage and availability before a pickup is booked.

A pickup plan for the actual furniture.

One chair and a roomful of furniture need different loading plans. Include every piece in your request so the crew can review labor, truck space and the receiving route together.

  • Sofas, sectionals, armchairs and recliners.
  • Tables, desks, dressers, bookcases and ordinary freestanding shelving.
  • Bed frames and headboards; list mattresses and box springs separately.
  • Patio furniture, with any glass, concrete bases or damaged parts identified.

The doorway matters as much as the sofa.

Tell us the floor, number of stair flights and whether there is a usable elevator. A straight exit is different from a tight stair turn. Photos of doors, hallways and the loading area help us decide whether the job needs disassembly or a different plan.

  • Show the whole item, not only its front.
  • Note sleeper mechanisms, stone tops, glass and unusually heavy construction.
  • Flag removable legs, damaged joints or parts that may detach.

Keep the memories. Clear the furniture.

Check drawers, cushions and hidden compartments before pickup. Separate anything you want to keep. You do not need to drag a heavy item outside to describe the job; we first agree where it will be collected and what the crew can safely handle.

Still usable does not automatically mean donation.

If an item may have another life, say so. A receiving organization decides whether it can accept the condition, material and size. We confirm a suitable destination before loading and never promise that every piece will be donated. Mattresses and appliances need their own review.

Fair questions.

Can you remove a sectional from upstairs?

Possibly. Share the number of sections, dimensions, stair photos and any tight turns. The crew confirms access and handling before accepting the job.

Do I need to take the furniture apart?

Ask first. Tell us whether it already separates and whether you have instructions or hardware. Any agreed disassembly belongs in the scope; do not start an unsafe lift to prepare.

Can you move furniture to another address?

A junk pickup is not a moving service. Delivery, storage and furniture placement at a second property are outside the standard removal scope.

What about a piano, safe or pool table?

These are specialist-weight items. Identify them separately; do not assume an ordinary two-person furniture quote includes them.
